This Privacy Policy describes how Kessler Foundation Inc. collects and uses personal information about you through the use of our KF-STRIDE® Strength Identification and Expression in Young Adults research study internet-accessible service and mobile application, and through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Kessler Foundation Inc. in connection with this service and mobile application (the service and mobile application are individually and collectively referred to herein as, the “Application“).
Kessler Foundation Inc. (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes:
- The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, access, or use the Application (“Personal Information”).
- Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect during your use of the Application.
This Privacy Policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
- We collect offline or through any other means, including on any other applications or websites operated by Us or any third party;

Children Under the Age of 13
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Our Application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Application on or through any of their features, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Individuals Between the Ages 13 and 17
The Application may be used by between individuals between the ages of 13 and 17 with approval from their parent or guardian provided through the Application. We may ask you to represent that your parent or guardian properly provided their approval, and/or we may ask you to provide an email or postal address of your parent or guardian so we may contact them to confirm their approval. Once we receive your representation of parent or guardian approval and/or when we receive the parent or guardian confirmation of approval, the associated 13 to 17 year old’s account will be created and such individual can use the Application.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect different types of information about you, including information that may directly identify you, such as health information and information about traffic data, location data, logs, other communication data, information about your mobile device, and the resources that you access and use on the Application. We also collect information that is about you but individually does not personally identify you, and information that We combine with Our other users. This includes information that We collect directly from you or through automated collection technologies We collect information from and about users of Our Application. Also, as you navigate through and interact with our Application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, specifically details of your visits to our Application, such as traffic data, location, logs, information about your mobile device, other communication data, and the resources that you access and use on the Application.
Information You Provide to Us
When you download, register with, or use the Application, we may ask you to provide certain information:
- By which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or by telephone or mail.

- Usage Details. When you access and use the Application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Application.
