Team of Experts
We are highly experienced in coaching neurodiverse adolescents and adults.
Helen Genova, PhD, is a cognitive neuroscientist and mom of a neurodiverse young adult. After years of working with the neurodiverse community, she decided to develop KF-STRIDE, to address a large gap in services for youth with learning and thinking differences. Dr. Genova also serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Autism Research at Kessler Foundation, as well as a public speaker about autism, neurodiversity and positive psychology approaches to treatment for individuals with disabilities. Her work has been funded by the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research.
Mikayla Haas, BA is the lead course developer for KF-STRIDE and a trained KF-STRIDE Guide. In her role as course developer, she creates engaging animated content based on the feedback gathered from neurodiverse youth and their families.
Katarina Reduzzi, MA serves as the research coordinator of the Center for Autism Research at Kessler Foundation. As coordinator, Katarina manages all aspects of our scientific work. She facilitates the ongoing randomized controlled trials being performed, and works closely with families and participants of our research.
